Lyndsey Grotheim

My name is Lyndsey, I hold a Bachelor of Social Work (2013) and am currently in my Masters of Social Work.

I enjoy gaining knowledge and training associated with my profession. I have worked in the past with teens and families dealing with behaviors, crisis, and family communication. This work has led me to some of the following training: Functional Behavior Analysis, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (Trainer), Ukeru (Trainer), Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, Crisis Intervention Stress Management, and more.

While I focus on setting clear, achievable goals, my approach is flexible and client-centered, ensuring that the support I provide is always tailored to your unique situation. I work with children, teenagers, adults and families 6 years old and older.
