I am a registered counselling professional providing individual therapy for adults experiencing stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions. My practice is trauma-informed, client-centred, and rooted in compassionate, practical care.
I help clients navigate relationship changes, parenting challenges, midlife transitions, and career shifts, as well as concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger and burnout. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Polyvagal principles, and Internal Family
Systems-informed strategies. I also support individuals facing identity or belief-related distress, including religious trauma, while honouring each client’s values and spirituality.
Outside of my work, I enjoy family life with four adult children and a daughter-in-law, and find grounding through time with my dog, gardening, reading, and connecting with loved ones.
